HattonTech Has Joined the Proactive IT Family

We’re thrilled to announce that HattonTech has officially joined forces with Proactive IT! It’s a partnership that we’re very excited about, and it’s going to be a big step forward for all of our clients. 

The story starts all the way back in 2001 when Tim Hatton founded HattonTech.

Proactive IT’s president, Steve Kennen, first met Tim seven years ago. They had the opportunity to collaborate on several projects and became friends as well as business colleagues. 

While each had different strengths, they shared one thing in common: a commitment to supporting their clients and taking care of their employees. 

Today, we have some big news for you.  

Our companies are officially joining forces—enabling us to take serving you to the next level.  

Please know that we’re privileged to join Tim’s team in serving you.

2) The HattonTech team will support you. We do expect that our teams will merge over time. But right now, your stability is our top priority. 

3) We will honor your contract and pricing. Honoring your agreement with HattonTech is a non-negotiable for us.  

4) HattonTech’s knowledge of your business is remaining in place. We want to build on HattonTech’s expertise and customize our solutions around your needs.

HattonTech’s 20th birthday is in July 2021. Tim’s company has grown nearly every year, and I think one reason for that is how much he cares about you, his clients.
